About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 production issues for applications and batch jobs.
- Manage and maintain production environments across hybrid cloud architectures (On-Prem and Google Cloud).
- Collaborate with application development teams to onboard new services for NOC monitoring.
- Implement and document production issue resolution processes and technology standards.
- Work in a 24/7 shift rotation to ensure continuous monitoring of critical systems.
- Train team members on cloud technologies and incident response procedures.
- Utilize Dynatrace to identify root causes and perform deep-dive troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in systems or production support.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure management, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proficiency with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
- Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and Cloud Native GCP resources.
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows, specifically using GitLab CI/CD.
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and batch job management.
- Experience using Dynatrace for monitoring and root-cause analysis.

- Proven experience monitoring and resolving issues in hybrid cloud environments.
- Ability to work effectively within collaborative, cross-functional teams.
