Systems & Reporting Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the Infrastructure Digital team in Adelaide, driving digital solutions for major infrastructure programs
• Oversee critical client deliveries to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and digital best practices
• Develop and implement robust PMO and project controls systems to support data-driven decision-making
• Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary team, fostering capability in digital infrastructure delivery
• Provide governance and assurance for system design, architecture, and management

Requirements

• Must be able to achieve an Australian Baseline clearance (Australian citizen) or hold a current UK Security Clearance (British Citizen)
• Proven experience implementing data reporting and dashboarding solutions
• Expertise in Agile delivery methodologies and data modelling
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Azure data stack (including Azure Synapse, Databricks, and Data Factory)
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Business Intelligence tools, specifically advanced Power BI
• Experience with Project Controls and PMO systems (e.g., Contruent, Primavera P6, or Oracle Aconex)
• Proficiency in MS365 Power Platform (Apps, Automate)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
