Systems Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute system quality assurance testing initiatives and complex test plans for software systems
• Create testing strategies, scripts, and procedures to determine release readiness and streamline processes
• Document and verify the resolution of software and specification defects
• Provide technical guidance to developers and lead testing activities for various projects
• Ensure compliance with risk management requirements and implement key risk initiatives
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including grooming sessions, sprint planning, and daily SCRUM calls

Requirements

• 2+ years of Systems Quality Assurance and systems or application testing experience
• Experience with test strategy and plan creation
• Proficiency in defect triage and documentation
• Experience working within Agile testing methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Functional expertise in Payment Operations and the banking industry
• In-depth knowledge of payments testing, including wire transfers, ACH, and Real-time payments
• Experience with ACI Worldwide (MTS), Volante Products, PEGA, or SWIFT messaging
• Experience using Global Money Transfer System (GMTS) or Money Transfer System (MTS)
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and excellent communication abilities
