Systems Proving Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan and support system proving activities, including test plans, procedures, and equipment
• Define test approaches, methods, and acceptance criteria to verify system performance
• Work hands-on with hardware and software to configure, operate, and troubleshoot systems
• Investigate test results, identify root causes, and collaborate on solutions
• Analyse data, produce clear reports, and contribute to improving test methods
• Collaborate with engineering teams for reviews and demonstrations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Experience in test, trials, integration, verification, validation, electronics, or systems engineering
• Hands-on experience with system design, integration, and validation
• Proficiency working with equipment and instrumentation in lab and field environments
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Willingness to relocate to Riga, Latvia
