Systems Product Industrialization Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with R&D teams to optimize new product designs for manufacturability and assembly
• Drive design for manufacturability (DfM) into product requirements and design
• Develop and launch new Ultrasound System production lines
• Provide technical support and root cause analysis to resolve production floor issues, including yield challenges and nonconforming products
• Identify, analyze, and implement cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies
• Lead the creation and maintenance of production documentation, including process requirements, DfX, PFMEA, process validation, and manufacturing control plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience applying engineering principles in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of Design for Excellence (DfX) implementation
• Strong knowledge of Statistical Methods, including Process Capability, SPC, and Trend Analysis
• Proficiency in PFMEA and manufacturing control plans
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills
