Systems Planning, Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage branch IT development and propose strategic system initiatives based on branch and regional headquarters (RHQ) strategy.
• Act as a Senior Business Analyst to coordinate and deliver business requirements between local vendors and regional/HQ stakeholders.
• Lead IT projects by cooperating with various counterparties across the branch, region, and head office.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to support team leaders in system development.
• Manage IT costs, including both expense and investment budgets, to ensure efficient operations.
• Minimize system and cyber security incidents to ensure compliance and reduce penalty costs.
• Oversee system development processes, project selection, and stable system operations.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in IT development management and project management, specifically with Market (Treasury) products.
• Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to financial IT operations.
• Experience in system infrastructure management, including databases, networks, and servers.
• Proficiency in outsourcing and vendor management, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Expertise in cyber security, information security, and risk management within the financial industry.
• Basic technical understanding of VB (Visual Basic), .NET framework, and SQL.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English, or English and Korean.
• Bachelor's degree.
