Systems Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM application monitoring and handle Autosys job runs in a production environment.
• Provide L1/L2 production support for integration jobs using SSIS, Informatica, and SSRS.
• Proactively monitor MS Dynamics application job runs and manage associated infrastructure.
• Record, track, and communicate incidents to stakeholders while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Identify production gaps, report bugs, and assist in replicating issues to improve application stability.
• Participate in BCP/DR activities, patching, and upgrades for application and database servers.
• Manage incident calls and contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) discussions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Systems Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Strong background in L1/L2 production support.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Unix, and SSRS.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Autosys scheduler and Shell scripting.
• Experience with Informatica and Mulesoft.
• Working knowledge of SQL querying and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting tools related to networks and systems, such as remote access and Windows Support tools.
