Systems & Network Administrator/IT Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain core enterprise platforms including Okta, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune), and NinjaOne.
• Manage Cloudflare ZTNA to ensure secure remote access and enforce identity and access policies.
• Support and maintain corporate office networks, including firewalls, switches, routing, and wireless connectivity.
• Provide leadership and operational oversight to IT Support Specialists, serving as the primary escalation point for complex issues.
• Manage IT Support team execution through a structured, bi-weekly sprint-based approach.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks, onboarding procedures, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify recurring technical issues and drive permanent process improvements and root cause identification.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in systems or network administration.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune).
• Hands-on experience with identity management platforms (Okta preferred).
• Experience utilizing endpoint management and patching tools.
• Proven experience in network troubleshooting and administration (firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, VPN).
• Ability to balance deep technical hands-on work with team leadership and coaching responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience managing or leading IT support teams.
• Experience working within a ticketing system or a sprint-based environment.
• Familiarity with SIEM or security monitoring tools.
• Experience with ERP or OSS/BSS platforms.
• Relevant industry certifications such as Microsoft 365 Admin, Okta, or Network+.
