Systems Modeling, Simulation and Analysis Engineer

Responsibilities

• Independently add features and capabilities to existing Matlab codebases for physics and electronic warfare modeling
• Model basic physics phenomenology including RF propagation, electronic warfare, missile flyouts, and sensors
• Perform quality control by adding unit tests and ensuring codebase accuracy
• Take responsibility for software architecture and quality control of the codebase
• Perform modeling runs for analysis and build tools for efficient batch processing and result analysis

Requirements

• 5 years of software development experience
• 3 years of experience in MATLAB programming and data analysis tool development
• 3 years of experience in modeling and simulation
• 2 years of experience in software architecture
• Bachelor's Degree
• Active Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RF sensing, threat modeling, and platform dynamics
• Knowledge of radar and optical sensor modeling
• Understanding of RF signals, antennas, and EM propagation
• Experience with classified software development
• Familiarity with aircraft, missile, satellite, or air surveillance systems
• Knowledge of Command and Control (C2) systems
