Systems Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage software projects through all phases from planning to final delivery
• Ensure solutions meet quality, security, clean code, and documentation standards
• Implement efficient and standardized work methodologies and procedures
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize requirements from internal and external clients
• Define programming standards, software architecture, and database usage
• Budget software development work based on client requirements
• Oversee data protection and continuous improvement processes
• Ensure the team is trained and updated on technical systems and procedures

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Informatics, Software Engineering, or related field (verifiable via SUNEDU)
• Over 5 years of experience in management or leadership roles
• Advanced knowledge in software project management
• Advanced knowledge in web development and cloud technologies
• Advanced knowledge in SQL and MS SQL Server
• Intermediate knowledge of Frontend technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Intermediate knowledge of Backend technologies (Node.js, Python, PHP, Java)
• Intermediate knowledge of DevOps, APIs, and web services
• Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
