Responsibilities
- Own the commercial relationship with a portfolio of assigned SI and consulting partners to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans, including target account mapping and co-sell motions.
- Build relationships across multiple levels of partner organizations, from practice leads to alliance executives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure partners are equipped to close deals.
- Track pipeline health, forecast partner-attached revenue, and surface blockers.
- Gather market signal from partner interactions to inform product and GTM planning.
- Contribute to the development of partner sales processes, playbooks, and best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in partner sales, channel sales, alliances, or business development at a technology company.
- Proven track record of driving revenue through partner channels.
- Strong commercial instincts and experience structuring co-sell agreements.
- Experience operating in early-stage or high-growth environments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.
- Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to create structure.
- Willingness to travel to support partner relationships and customer engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at a major Systems Integrator or global consulting firm (e.g., Big 4).
- Background in AI, cloud platforms, or developer tools.
- Experience managing partner relationships across multiple geographies.
- History of helping a partner sales function scale from the ground up.
