About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate test plans and procedures for assessing Electronic Warfare (EW) system performance
- Develop test documentation for the verification and acceptance of components, subsystems, and systems
- Execute IV&V activities for multidisciplinary Integration and Test teams
- Perform in-house and off-site test activities for system demonstrations and sell-offs
- Test EW hardware and software builds
- Brief senior program management and engineering leadership on test results
Requirements
- STEM degree (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Physics)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with EW/Radar systems integration, verification, and validation
- Experience preparing system and subsystem test documentation, including plans, procedures, and reports
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience writing requirements for EW/Radar system test events
- Experience leading system test equipment and special test equipment development
- Experience troubleshooting, testing, and integrating EW/Radar system test equipment
- Experience modeling the performance of EW/Radar systems
- Experience with millimeter and microwave RF at the system and module levels
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and SysML
- Flight Test experience
