Systems Integration Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and motivate a global team of Business Analysts
• Support distribution supply chain enablement by identifying and resolving issues related to business processes and applications
• Collaborate with business and supply chain partners to triage issues within SAP and Warehouse Management Systems
• Partner closely with IT&DA teams on problem resolution and user acceptance testing
• Build collaborative relationships and rapport with stakeholders to facilitate work goals and promote program vision
• Apply negotiation best practices to reach outcomes that gain support from all parties

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, manager, or large-scale project management)
• 5 or more years of experience in supply chain processes
• 5 or more years of advanced experience with Business System applications or ERP systems
• Experience collaborating across complex, cross-functional organizations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements (U.S. Person status)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Direct experience working with SAP
• Experience working in a self-directed role
• Strong communication skills
• Experience supporting emergent demand that requires off-shift response or support
