Systems Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical integration of third-party autonomous solutions, including autonomous control, high-precision positioning (GNSS/BeiDou), and sensor fusion.
• Define integration strategies, interface standards, and acceptance criteria to ensure reliable operation within agricultural platforms.
• Execute end-to-end system integration and joint debugging to resolve interface mismatches, timing issues, and control logic overlaps.
• Support field testing and agricultural scenario validation across various terrains to drive iterative optimization.
• Integrate multiple precision agriculture technologies for both factory-installed (OEM) and aftermarket retrofit systems.
• Develop and execute system-level validation plans covering performance, stability, and real-world agricultural use.
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to ensure reliable data exchange between integrated on-board and off-board systems.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and capture integration learnings into internal standards and reusable templates.

Requirements

• Strong background in embedded systems and industrial control system integration.
• Hands-on experience with communication protocols including CAN, CAN-FD, RS232/485, Ethernet, and MQTT.
• Proficiency in C, C++, or Python for interface adaptation and secondary development.
• Experience with system-level debugging tools and test equipment.
• Solid understanding of precision agriculture systems and data flows within digital ecosystems.
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage technical supplier relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in systems integration, embedded platforms, or intelligent equipment.
• Direct experience with autonomy, precision farming, or agricultural machinery.
• Experience working in both OEM development and aftermarket integration environments.
• Degree in Electronics, Automation, Computer Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
