About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize core infrastructure to ensure high availability
- Maintain robust security compliance and operational continuity
- Handle incident, change, and request management using ServiceNow
- Administer and troubleshoot networks and firewalls
- Perform vulnerability identification, management, and remediation
- Support infrastructure within a manufacturing or production operations environment
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in systems and infrastructure roles
- Solid experience managing and configuring virtualized environments
- Strong expertise in Windows Operating Systems for both workstations and servers
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft WSUS
- Proven experience in network and firewall administration
- Experience working with the Closed Loop Framework and associated compliance requirements
- Background in manufacturing or production infrastructure support
