Responsibilities

As Systems Engineering Manager

• Ensure sustainable and robust system solutions while leading and developing teams
• Take overall responsibility for systems engineering work
• Lead and support systems engineers in complex assignments
• Make technical decisions and drive work forward
• Act as a key player in dialogue with customers and stakeholders
• Drive development within the Systems Engineering area and educate others

As Systems Engineer

• Work independently or in teams with requirements and systems throughout the lifecycle
• Perform requirement management and refinement
• Handle architecture and design of system solutions
• Manage system integration and interfaces
• Conduct verification and validation
• Manage configuration and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)

Requirements

• Academic degree at least at university level with a technical focus
• Strong systems thinking and understanding of component interaction
• Ability to translate business and customer needs into technical requirements
• Experience working with systems throughout the entire lifecycle
• Understanding of Systems Engineering frameworks (e.g., INCOSE, ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288)
• Swedish citizenship is required due to security clearance requirements
• For Manager roles: Experience leading and developing teams and combining technical/business/leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Systems Engineering certification (e.g., INCOSE CSEP/ASEP)
• Experience with requirement management tools
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Experience from large projects within the defense sector
