Responsibilities

As Systems Engineering Manager

• Ensure sustainable and robust system solutions
• Lead and develop teams of systems engineers
• Make technical decisions and drive work forward
• Act as a key player in dialogue with customers and stakeholders
• Drive development within the Systems Engineering area and educate others

As Systems Engineer

• Manage requirements and requirement refinement
• Architecture and design of system solutions
• System integration and interface management
• Verification and validation
• Configuration management
• Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)

Requirements

• Academic degree in a technical field
• Strong systems thinking and understanding of component interaction
• Experience working with systems throughout the entire lifecycle
• Understanding of Systems Engineering frameworks (e.g., INCOSE, ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288)
• Swedish citizenship is required due to security clearance requirements
• Ability to work independently in complex assignments

Preferred Qualifications

• Systems Engineering certification (e.g., INCOSE CSEP/ASEP)
• Experience with requirement management tools
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Experience from large projects within the defense sector
• Experience leading and developing teams (for Manager roles)
