Systems Engineering Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support FAA and military certification processes
• Support system verification and validation of requirements
• Support cross-functional teams, working groups, and technical design reviews
• Develop and deliver SEIT products including architecture models, requirements databases, and specifications
• Collaborate with customer organizations to ensure project success

Requirements

• Associate Degree or equivalent technical education
• 1+ years of related work experience
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams and leadership
• U.S. Person status (U.S. Citizen, National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience
• Experience in Airworthiness and Certification (FAA, EASA, or Military)
• Experience with ICD development, logical architecture, and requirements development
• Proficiency with System Architecture Development and Modeling tools (e.g., CAMEO/MSOSA, Rhapsody)
• Experience with Requirements Management tools such as IBM DOORS
• Experience in systems integration and testing, including lab, ground, and flight tests
• INCOSE Certification
