Systems Engineering Intern

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and power and signal diagrams (P&SDs) for the vehicle and launch site
• Formulate and document requirements for launch vehicle and launch site systems
• Perform trade-off architecture decisions and risk analysis (FMEA, FMECA, and FTA) for critical systems
• Coordinate between different multidisciplinary teams to solve technical problems
• Help maintain internal software tools using Python

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Practical, hands-on experience in design projects or student teams (e.g., Rockets, UAVs, or Automotive)
• Working knowledge of launcher/aerospace systems, systems engineering processes, and risk analysis
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming with Python and experience using Git for version control
• Fluent English (oral and written) with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing or operating fluid systems
