Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the Windows team in performing duties, designing/architecting projects, and future technology
• Manage the configuration and compliance of several Windows domains
• Maintain server and system integrity through patch approval and processing
• Evaluate cloud migration opportunities and build automated scripts for cloud functions
• Automate standard Windows tasks using PowerShell
• Use VMWare to build and maintain virtual machines and present desktops
• Research and recommend hardware and software, coordinate installation, and provide backup recovery
• Oversee implementation of testing strategies, development environments, and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of related network engineering experience
• Expertise in Active Directory architecture, management, and Group Policy deployment
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and SCCM software packaging/deployment
• Experience with VMWare ESXi, VMWare Horizon, and Citrix Virtual Desktop/Applications
• Knowledge of PKI and certificate management
• Experience with AWS and Azure Cloud
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

• Centrify (Delinea) Server Suite and Privileged Access Server
• Avamar backup software
• Linux knowledge
• Knowledge of iSCSI and storage arrays
• Networking skills
