About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Vertical Lift program by developing and decomposing customer requirements into contractual design and performance requirements
- Develop corresponding requirements verification plans and lead technical integration with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
- Support verification execution, including artifact discovery and verification of evidence against design requirements
- Interface with design teams to ensure compliance with baseline system architecture
- Support the integration of multiple engineering disciplines within various design IPTs
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 1+ years of experience working in a team-oriented environment with multiple stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 (US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
Preferred Qualifications
- Systems Engineering experience or education
- Experience with Requirements Management Tools such as DOORS, Slate, or Enovia
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and techniques like Cameo, MSOSA, or Rhapsody
- Experience working with US Department of Defense (DoD) or international defense customers
