Systems Engineer (SETA)

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Engineer and government staff in executing systems engineering and integration (SE&I) activities.
• Oversee site processes used to document and manage baselines to accommodate evolving mission needs.
• Develop Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) for technical collection operations and management.
• Collaborate with System Program Offices (SPO) and local operations teams to integrate GEOINT space missions into ground-based architectures.
• Represent government interests at various forums and provide technical analysis and recommendations to customers.
• Manage technical efforts related to the development, manufacturing, verification, deployment, and disposal of systems.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related discipline.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of systems life cycle processes.
• Experience in processing and exploiting technical intelligence and producing intelligence products.
• Experience with program cost, schedule, and performance oversight.
• Experience in source selections and prioritizing technical collection tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a STEM-related field.
