Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive the Engineering Change Management (ECM) process by collaborating with Systems Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
• Identify and verify system level impacts of changes to ensure integrated launch vehicle improvement
• Execute against the project’s configuration management plan and identify opportunities to mature baseline control
• Perform configuration validation including fit, form, function (f/f/f) and EBOM-to-MBOM integrity
• Automate data integrity checks across tools to catch missing components or mismatched revision tables
• Act as a power user of Teamcenter, Jira, and Infor LN to track progress and ensure data continuity
• Define and uphold high-quality engineering processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of industry experience in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical structures, Fluid Systems, Mechanisms, Propulsion, Avionics, or Software)
• Proven track record of operating with autonomy and delivering to tight deadlines
• Systems thinking mindset with a passion for process efficiency
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence multidisciplinary teams
• High attention to detail and discipline in managing critical configuration data
• Experience with PLM/PDM systems (preferably Teamcenter) and Jira

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management experience including schedule tracking and manufacturing effectivity
• Familiarity with EIA-649 principles in aerospace or high-reliability environments
• Experience with Infor LN or data visualization tools like Power BI
• Ability to write Python scripts or utilize APIs to automate data validation tasks
