Systems Engineer - RF

Responsibilities

• Provide mission planning and requirements development for RF-enabled collection systems across maritime, ground, air, and space domains
• Model, simulate, and analyze systems using STK for mission planning, performance prediction, and scenario analysis
• Develop CONOPS for technical collection operations, including RF, sensor, or communications-based mission capabilities
• Support government program management by developing technical information, managing system configurations, and creating work breakdown structures
• Oversee contractor development of technical collection systems, RF components, and supporting software
• Support systems engineering and integration functions, including acquisition documentation, test and evaluation, and system design reviews

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with current Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related discipline
• 0–5 years of experience in systems engineering or a related technical field
• Experience supporting RF, sensing, communications, or signal-based systems
• Ability to serve as an integrating mechanism across the system life cycle, from development to disposal
• Experience in processing and exploiting technical intelligence

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a STEM-related field
• Experience in source selections and oversight of program cost, schedule, and performance
