Systems Engineer MECM/SCCM

Responsibilities

• Participate in defining, validating, and respecting deployment schedules
• Perform application remote distribution on workstations via MECM (SCCM) and internal tools
• Monitor deployments and manage potential incidents
• Ensure operational maintenance (MCO) of technical repositories
• Handle N2 / N3 support incidents and requests related to workstations and deployments
• Analyze and resolve complex malfunctions
• Provide regular reporting to clients and internal managers
• Contribute to continuous service quality improvement
• Write and maintain technical documentation including procedures and user manuals

Requirements

• Confirmed level in MECM / SCCM (deployment, distribution, monitoring)
• Confirmed level in Windows workstations
• Junior to intermediate level in PowerShell for scripting and automation
• Significant experience in N2 / N3 support
• Fluent French (imperative)
• Professional English for technical documentation reading
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
