Systems Engineer - MBSE

Responsibilities

• Apply principles, theories, and concepts related to the digital modeling of systems
• Utilize MBSE tools like Cameo to model program requirements, track performance metrics, and develop complex system models
• Support the migration to SysML v2 and the development of automation capabilities to establish a digital thread
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including coworkers, customers, and government program partners
• Provide technical advice to management regarding the implementation of new MBSE methods and techniques
• Undertake additional Systems Engineering duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Field or Social Science
• 0-3 years of relevant experience
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Active Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain one

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MBSE tools, languages, and Digital Engineering concepts
• OMG or INCOSE certifications
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
• Experience leading MBSE teams or integrating MBSE across multiple organizations
• Strong coding and modeling skills for interfacing with data sets
