Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering work to develop operable systems of systems within mass, cost, and schedule constraints
• Design and research system interfaces to ensure seamless subsystem integration
• Conduct functional analysis of kill chains to ensure performance meets mission criteria
• Formulate and direct operations to resolve technical problems regarding staffing and equipment
• Develop acquisition roadmaps to align system development with operational requirements
• Provide technical assistance for design problems and the resolution of operating difficulties
• Conduct special studies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Mentor and advise project teams on high-risk and complex projects
• Develop execution strategies for project delivery

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 15 years of related engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Space Combat Power programs
• Master’s degree in a related field
