Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide Systems Engineer Technical Advisor (SETA) support for the Intelligence Community Customer Ground Enterprise Directorate
• Assist in the implementation of agency approaches to Systems Engineering and SE Management
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to analyze simulation data and influence decision-making
• Engage in the development, maintenance, and implementation of system architectures
• Facilitate requirement traceability and validation through stakeholder collaboration
• Support processes associated with change and configuration management
• Participate in risk assessment and management processes to identify and mitigate potential issues
• Support activities related to system readiness, testing, verification, and validation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
• 5-10 years of professional experience
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence concepts, tools, and systems
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Knowledge of IC overhead collection systems and processing
• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with adjudicated CI polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Intelligence Community Customer System Engineering process
• Familiarity with Interface Control Documents (ICDs), System Requirements Documents (SRD), and Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR)
