Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering work to develop operable systems of systems within mass, cost, and schedule constraints
• Design and research system interfaces to ensure seamless subsystem integration
• Conduct functional analysis of kill chains to ensure performance meets mission criteria
• Formulate and direct operations to resolve technical problems regarding staffing and equipment utilization
• Develop acquisition roadmaps to align system development timelines with operational requirements
• Provide technical assistance and instruction regarding design problems and operating difficulties
• Conduct special studies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and meet new requirements
• Mentor and advise project teams on high-risk and complex projects
• Develop execution strategies for project implementation

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 10 years of related engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Space Combat Power programs
• Master's degree in a related field
