Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide mission planning and requirements development using an interdisciplinary approach to support system acquisitions.
• Develop technical information and documentation to support government program management decision-making.
• Assist Government PMs in managing system configuration and translating system definitions into work breakdown structures.
• Develop Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) for technical collection operations and management.
• Oversee contractor development of technical collection systems and software in accordance with system requirements.
• Support systems engineering and integration functions, including acquisition documentation, test and evaluation, and system design reviews.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related discipline.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate technical efforts across the system life cycle, including development, manufacturing, deployment, and operations.
• Experience in mission planning, requirements development, and system configuration management.
• Experience working with the intelligence community to prioritize and task technical collection.
• Experience in processing and exploiting technical intelligence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a STEM-related discipline.
