Systems Engineer IV

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical owner and liaison for assigned customer accounts
• Manage complex customer environments and coordinate technical activities
• Serve as the main escalation point for technical issues and incident communication
• Lead coordination across support, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure issue resolution
• Conduct proactive technical reviews, identify risks, and recommend optimization improvements
• Support upgrades and deployments while driving root cause awareness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Significant experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., TAM, SE, or Systems Engineering)
• Deep understanding of enterprise software, infrastructure, and IT operations
• Proven experience managing large-scale or complex customer environments
• Strong executive communication, organizational, and leadership skills
