Systems Engineer II, Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Manage and verify the product backlog while tracking Agile metrics to resolve impediments
• Analyze performance data and automate workflows using MATLAB
• Oversee technical activities such as threat evaluation, system performance assessments, and mission planning
• Support proposal efforts and manage team financial planning, including cost and schedule monitoring
• Mentor team members and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to remove roadblocks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience supporting technical efforts and overseeing technical cost and schedule performance
• Active and existing U.S. government Secret security clearance required on day one
• U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the AN/TPY-2 System or Missile Defense programs
• Proficiency in Python scripting and MATLAB
• Knowledge of radar systems technology, design, and analysis
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
• Experience with Mission Planning activities and Integrated Product Development Systems (IPDS)
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Engineering, Math, Physics, or Business
