About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support digital radar test activities, including performance analysis and flight test mission activities through modeling and simulation
  • Generate, run, and interpret scenarios to predict radar performance and validate algorithm updates
  • Conduct detailed radar data analysis to evaluate detection, tracking, discrimination, and engagement performance
  • Develop and implement verification strategies for advanced radar capabilities across HWIL, SIL, and field environments
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to define analysis objectives and communicate findings
  • Prepare technically rigorous analysis reports, performance assessments, and presentation materials for internal and external reviews
  • Participate in planning for ground and flight test events, including defining data-collection requirements

Requirements

  • STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience with waveforms, beamforming, and/or signal processing
  • Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or other programming languages
  • Experience with system integration, verification, validation, and/or testing
  • Active and existing U.S. government Secret security clearance required on day 1

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting radar Flight Test planning, execution, or post-test data analysis
  • Experience with Missile Defense System, Army, or Navy sensors
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary systems engineering teams
  • Experience interfacing with customers to provide technical solutions and maintain documentation
