Systems Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional engineering efforts using system-level product understanding
• Create and maintain requirement specifications by analyzing stakeholder and safety requirements
• Support system design activities and assess impact and conformance to requirements
• Collaborate with test and validation teams to define verification criteria
• Review legacy requirements for completeness and correctness
• Evaluate industry and regulatory requirements for product applicability
• Perform FMEA analysis and track findings to resolution
• Identify process gaps and propose solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
• 3+ years of experience in automotive engineering (software, hardware, or combined)
• Strong working knowledge of ADAS/Autonomous Vehicle systems
• Detailed knowledge of requirements management and requirement-based design
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering
• Knowledge of LIDAR, radar, ethernet, and CAN
• Experience in Autonomous Vehicles, Machine Learning, Robotics, IoT, or Mobile Applications
• Experience working in a startup environment
