Systems Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of the systems engineering lifecycle, including trade studies, architecture, requirements definition, integration, and verification
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver secure airborne and ground communication products
• Provide technical systems engineering support for bids and proposals
• Perform daily engineering tasks within a classified and controlled lab environment
• Partner with multi-discipline teams to ensure successful execution of program milestones

Requirements

• STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) and minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
• Experience with the systems development lifecycle, including requirements capture, design, decomposition, and validation
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government security clearance
• Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Proficiency with tools such as DOORS or CAMEO
• Experience with software languages such as Rust or Python
• Experience working in an Agile environment
