Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the overarching system architecture for complex, multi-domain platforms
• Act as the primary owner of the system model using MBSE tools and SysML
• Participate in the physical integration of mechatronic systems in the lab and field
• Lead multidisciplinary trade-off analyses such as SWaP-C
• Translate high-level architectures into detailed subsystem and component specifications
• Conduct system-level testing and support complex root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with software architects, hardware developers, and AI engineers

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering or architecture for mechatronic, defence, aerospace, or autonomous systems
• Practical expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and SysML
• Experience with requirements management
• Ability to work in a lab environment, read electrical schematics, and navigate 3D CAD models
• University degree in Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Business fluency in English
• Willingness to travel
