Systems Engineer (Compliance)

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, concept of operations, and high-level system architectures to develop specifications
• Lead design and development activities and guide users in formulating requirements
• Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology
• Develop system architecture, design documentation, and technical documentation
• Guide system development and implementation through engineering management and test plans
• Interact with Government stakeholders regarding technical considerations and conflicts
• Maintain technical integrity of work performed and deliverables within the Systems Engineering area

Requirements

• TS/SCI with a Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in the legal or technical aspects of Intelligence Community Privacy Compliance
• Experience with customer systems architecture (required for Level 2 and 3)
• Proven experience in programs and contracts of similar scope and complexity
