Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Aid in the development of full lifecycle solutions from CONOPS to Validation
• Support lab activities including definition, setup, configuration management, and testing
• Integrate solutions within target environments and execute Integration, Dry Run, and Formal Qualification Testing
• Analyze and document system behaviors and support system trade studies
• Perform requirements analysis and allocation to subsystems
• Define Hardware and Software Interfaces
• Document changes in systems or processes to improve effectiveness

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required (ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance)
• STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
• Strong integration and test experience, including procedure development, execution, and reporting
• Proficiency with Microsoft products and tasking boards such as Jira or IBM EWM

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Communication Radio and Systems (SATCOM, LOS/BLOS, AEHF, PTW, or V/UHF)
• Experience in System Level Integration, Verification, and Validation (IV&V) for ground, ship, submarine, or airborne platforms
• Experience with Environmental Qualification Testing (EQT)
• Experience in an Agile working environment or CI/CD test automation
• Experience with Virtual Machine design, deployment, or scripting
