Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and support HVAC cooling system engineering programs from concept through validation and release
• Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation
• Maintain system-level engineering plans, technical deliverables, and design milestones
• Identify and mitigate technical risks related to cooling performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost
• Define and track engineering KPIs such as efficiency, reliability, and validation status
• Ensure designs comply with applicable regulations, safety standards, and internal engineering processes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of cooling system design practices and tools

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of experience in HVAC&R or a related industry
• Proven experience in cooling system design, development, or system engineering
• Hands-on experience designing inverter systems, heat exchangers, and refrigeration cycle balancing
• Proficiency in design software including ProE, Creo, and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of standard frameworks such as BIS, ISO, BEE, and IEC
• Experience with Model-Based Design and simulation tools
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, FMEA, Quality systems, and ECR/ECIN processes
• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written
