Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and formalize functional and technical needs
• Write system and subsystem specifications
• Devolve requirements to various suppliers
• Ensure technical monitoring of suppliers throughout the development cycle
• Participate in design and technical reviews
• Verify compliance of proposed solutions with contractual requirements
• Manage open points and non-conformities
• Coordinate between internal teams and external partners
• Contribute to validation and acceptance activities of delivered equipment
• Participate in technical reporting and project milestone tracking

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5)
• Initial experience in systems engineering, requirements management, or technical supplier management
• Ability to understand complex system architectures
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Professional English proficiency is appreciated

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with requirements management tools (DOORS, Polarion, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of functional analysis and the V-model
• Experience in integration and validation of complex systems
• Knowledge of the Defense, Naval, Space, or Aerospace sectors
