Responsibilities

• Research existing technical documentation to identify data required for the Computer Troubleshooting Guide (GDI)
• Analyze train system functions and interactions to formalize troubleshooting procedures
• Write guides, procedures, and flowcharts for train drivers
• Ensure the consistency, quality, and compliance of technical deliverables
• Participate in documentary reviews with project teams
• Follow up on requests and feedback from the end client
• Collaborate with systems, validation, and testing teams to collect necessary technical information

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) specialized in systems engineering
• At least 1 year of experience (including apprenticeships) in the railway industrial sector
• Knowledge of railway system architecture and operation
• Ability to understand and analyze complex technical documentation
• Excellent writing skills
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Rigor and attention to detail
