Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define train architecture, operating modes, and functions based on internal and external requirements
• Manage requirements from business, standards, safety, and client specifications throughout the product lifecycle
• Write specifications for sub-systems and equipment developed both internally and externally
• Perform FMEA (AMDEC) in collaboration with Safety and Reliability teams
• Coordinate and ensure system consistency and compatibility between suppliers and internal departments
• Participate in the writing of train-level test specifications and functional verification
• Support commissioning phases by resolving technical anomalies and providing feedback for future solutions

Requirements

• Engineering degree with experience in industrial system or component development
• Strong knowledge of the V-cycle engineering process
• Experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum affinity is a plus)
• Fluency in English to communicate autonomously in a professional environment
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Ability to work proactively in multidisciplinary teams on complex projects with tight deadlines
