Responsibilities

• Support the development, maintenance, and analysis of system models using Cameo Systems Modeler and SysML
• Assist with requirements development, allocation, traceability, and verification activities
• Contribute to the generation and modeling of system and subsystem design specifications
• Support engineering analyses, technical reviews, trade studies, and design assessments
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, finance, and program management teams
• Maintain project files, databases, and engineering records for configuration management
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and interface documentation
• Assist with risk identification, issue tracking, and engineering problem-solving
• Support system integration, verification, validation, and testing efforts
• Provide technical input for proposals, estimates, and project planning
• Participate in team meetings, design reviews, and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Systems, Aerospace, Computer, Electrical, Mechanical) or related STEM discipline
• 0–2 years of relevant engineering experience (including internships or academic projects)
• Exposure to Cameo Systems Modeler, SysML, or similar MBSE tools
• Basic understanding of Systems Engineering principles and lifecycles
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must possess or be able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
• Must be onsite in Oklahoma City, OK

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an Engineering or STEM field
• 3+ years of experience in the field
• Experience supporting DoD, defense, aerospace, or government programs
• Familiarity with systems engineering lifecycle processes and requirements management
• Experience supporting distributed teams and travel coordination
• Knowledge of risk management and program execution metrics
• Experience briefing senior leadership and external stakeholders
