Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and lead design and development activities
• Provide technical leadership and ensure the technical integrity of work and deliverables
• Develop technical and system documentation
• Plan system development and interact with government officials
• Review and approve system engineering documentation
• Conduct quantitative analysis and provide technical direction for complex hardware/software systems
• Develop and integrate solutions for Big Data analytics and malware analysis

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Engineer
• Experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Demonstrated experience in Scrum methodologies and/or Agile frameworks
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field (or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance

• Ability to lead and manage design and development activities
• Proficiency in developing technical documentation and system planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with government officials
