Systems Electronic Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide critical on-site support for factory builds during early prototype and engineering phases
• Lead system bring-up, characterization, testing, and validation of sensing module technology
• Perform system-level problem solving, including failure analysis, root cause, and corrective action
• Coordinate factory vendor activities and manage team deliverables
• Debug test sequences on automated test equipment and use scripting to automate data collection
• Create and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) and perform detailed data analysis
• Write technical documentation including requirements, specifications, and test plans
• Travel frequently (up to or exceeding 50%) to support builds in various locations and factories

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of industry experience
• Solid fundamentals in analog and digital circuits with strong problem-solving skills
• Design experience in power electronics, board design, signal integrity, DSP, and microcontrollers
• Familiarity with communication protocols such as USB, SPI, I2S, I2C, and UART
• Hands-on experience with prototype bring-up, debugging, and functional verification
• Proficiency with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel frequently within India and occasionally to the USA

Preferred Qualifications

• MS or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of industry experience
• Knowledge of mechatronics, electromagnetism, haptics, acoustics, or vibrations
• Experience with system-level integration and collaborating with cross-functional experts
• Direct coding experience in Python, Matlab, or C
• Understanding of Gauge R&R methodology
