Systems Deployment Expert

Responsibilities

• Define Standard Operating Procedures for administrative support solutions including M365, SharePoint Online, and ServiceNow
• Monitor and review day-to-day operations across on-prem and cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS)
• Design systems management solutions for secure OS deployment and patching for both on-premise and remote workers
• Ensure remote working solutions do not induce network infrastructure overload
• Prepare for seamless scalability and flexibility in hybrid hosting environments

Requirements

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline
• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in IT
• 4+ years expertise in Digital Workplace Platforms (M365, SharePoint, Confluence)
• 4+ years expertise in end user assistance and support
• Strong knowledge of Solutions Architecture and zero-trust security
• In-depth understanding of M365 architecture and operations management
• Proficiency in ITIL practices and tools (Jira, ServiceNow, SMT)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of Directory, Identity/Authentication, and federation protocols
• ITIL, Prince2, and Azure Fundamentals certifications required
• Excellent command of English
