Systems Coordinator, Sustained Engineering

Responsibilities

• Support rollout and administration of operational lifecycle systems including Arena PLM
• Maintain release structures, revision workflows, and part numbering systems
• Coordinate operational workflows for deployment readiness, FAT/SAT activities, and commissioning
• Support execution of operational work streams and cross-functional coordination
• Maintain controlled operational standards and lifecycle documentation repositories
• Support operational asset tracking and lifecycle coordination across deployed systems

Requirements

• 3–7 years supporting engineering operations, technical programs, or lifecycle systems
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, robotics, or automation teams
• Familiarity with PLM, release management, or configuration tracking
• Experience with tools such as Arena PLM, Jira, Notion, Confluence, or CAD/PDM systems
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to operate in rapidly evolving environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting robotics, automation, or advanced manufacturing
• Familiarity with commissioning, FAT/SAT, or sustaining engineering
• Exposure to operational governance or lightweight quality systems
• Experience building operational workflows or onboarding structures
