Systems Components Engineering Student Worker

Responsibilities

• Support the team in conducting technical analysis, documentation, and development of key components
• Participate in relevant test activities and analyze test results to ensure quality and performance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and document bolted connections in various turbine modules
• Contribute to problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the system components domain
• Drive specific initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and efficiency in engineering processes

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• A structured and pragmatic approach to work and organization
• Proactive mindset with a genuine interest in renewable energy and wind technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience in standards for the design and analysis of bolted connections (e.g., VDI 2230)
• Familiarity with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools such as ANSYS
• CAD competence in 3D modeling using Siemens NX or similar platforms
