About the role
Responsibilities
- Help with the design, implementation, and monitoring of newer server systems, applications, and hardware
- Conduct research on server issues and products
- Perform capacity planning when required
- Provide Help Desk support
Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in Information Technology or a related field
- Experience supporting and implementing Citrix XenApp in an enterprise environment
- Ability to prepare technical documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Xendesktop
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Citrix XenApp 6.2 CCA certification
