Systems & Calibration Technician

Responsibilities

• Improve existing laboratory tests and processes by identifying and applying new instrumentation, automation, and test devices
• Respond to user requests for calibrating laboratory instrumentation, automated systems, and test devices
• Calibrate new instrumentation and automated systems to ensure technical and user requirements are met
• Update automation hardware and software as needed
• Prepare technical documentation including manual instructions, calibration procedures, and test method validations
• Define acceptance criteria for externally calibrated instruments based on manufacturer specifications and standards
• Verify calibration certificates from external service providers

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications
• Precision in meeting project timelines
• Customer obsession and attention to client needs
• Methodical approach with strong attention to detail
• Intermediate English language proficiency
• Valid Driver's License (Category B) for travel (25-30% of time)
